Service Dates
Start date: Sunday, August 17, 2025
Thanksgiving Break:
There will be limited service from Thursday, November 27, 2025, through Saturday, November 29, 2025. Regular service will resume on Sunday, November 30, 2025.
Only flex dollars will remain active for use on Grubhub during the break.
End date for use in Berkeley Dining locations: Friday, December 19, 2025. (For on-campus meal plans, flex dollars, and add-on flex dollars will roll over from the fall to spring semester. For off-campus meal plans, flex dollars and add-on flex dollars only roll over if you purchase a meal plan for spring 2025.
Grubhub: Flex dollars will remain active from December 20, 2025, through January 14, 2026, for use on Grubhub.
Spring 2026
Off-campus spring meal plans available for purchase:
On campus: Spring meal plans will be active starting January 15, 2026. (Meal swipes, any remaining amount of flex dollars, and any rollover flex dollars)
Off-campus: Spring meal plans will be active starting January 15, 2026.
For students who had a fall meal plan and purchased a spring meal plan, your flex dollars and add-on flex dollars will automatically be active.
Spring break:
There will be limited service during Spring Break and only flex dollars will be accepted from Sunday, March 22, 2026, through Saturday, March 28, 2026. Regular service will resume on Sunday, March 29, 2026.
Only flex dollars will remain active for use on Grubhub during the break.
End date: Sunday, May 17, 2026 (All flex dollars will expire after this date. This is the last day to use flex dollars and add-on flex dollars.)
