Important Dates

- - On-Campus: Through September 2, 2023.
  - Off-Campus: August 20 – September 2, 2023.

Start date: Sunday, August 13, 2023.
- Thanksgiving Break: There will be limited service and only flex dollars will be accepted from Thursday, November 23, 2023, through Saturday, November 25, 2023. Regular service will resume on Sunday, November 26, 2023.
End date for use in Berkeley Dining locations: Friday, December 15, 2023. (For on-campus meal plans, flex dollars, and add-on flex dollars will roll over from fall to spring semester. For off-campus meal plans, flex dollars and add-on flex dollars only roll over if you purchase a meal plan for spring 2024.)
Grubhub: Flex dollars will remain active from December 16, 2023, through January 10, 2024, for use on Grubhub.

- - On-Campus: November 27, 2023 – January 27, 2024.
  - Off-Campus: January 11 – 27, 2024.

- Start date: Thursday, January 11, 2024.
  - On campus: Spring meal plans will be active starting January 11, 2024. (Meal swipes, remaining amount of flex dollars, and rollover flex dollars)
  - Off-campus: Spring meal plans will be active starting January 11, 2024.
    - For students who had a fall meal plan and purchased a spring meal plan, your flex dollars and add-on flex dollars will automatically be active.

- There will be limited service during Spring Break and only flex dollars will be accepted from Sunday, March 24, 2024, through Saturday, March 30, 2024. Regular service will resume on Sunday, March 31, 2024.
End date: Saturday, May 11, 2024. (All flex dollars will expire after this date. This is the last day to use flex dollars and add-on flex dollars.)
